We’re excited to share that our practice is transitioning to a new electronic medical record system, NextGen, along with Luma, a patient communication and scheduling platform. This change will take place on Monday, May 4.

As we make this transition, you may notice a few changes:

  • Check-in may take a little longer during the first few weeks
  • Our team will be learning new systems and workflows
  • Some processes (like paperwork and scheduling) will look different

How to Prepare for Your Appointment

The most important thing you can do is complete your pre-visit check-in using Luma.

Before your appointment, you may receive a text or email with a secure link to:

  • Fill out forms
  • Verify your insurance and personal information
  • Sign required documents

Please complete this as soon as possible before your visit.
This step is critical and will help reduce wait times for you and others.

Using Luma ahead of your visit helps:

  • Speed up your check-in process
  • Reduce time spent in the waiting room
