How to Prepare for Your Appointment
The most important thing you can do is complete your pre-visit check-in using Luma.
Before your appointment, you may receive a text or email with a secure link to:
- Fill out forms
- Verify your insurance and personal information
- Sign required documents
Please complete this as soon as possible before your visit.
This step is critical and will help reduce wait times for you and others.
